APS can provide individuals and teams, with extensive relevant industry experience, who are respected specialists in the following areas:

Conceptual Design – Work with to define project goals and to identify the preferred solutions to achieve those goals
Engineering – Work with and manage third-party engineering companies, to optimize project costs and schedules, and to minimize execution and operation risks
Fabrication / Construction – Work closely with suppliers to ensure all equipment is delivered on-time, on-budget, and to specification
Installation – Address interface issues, establish installation procedures and conduct extensive contingency planning to minimize the impact of weather and other unusual events
Commissioning & Start-Up – Work with key client personnel to prepare documents, conduct the necessary training and execute the required program, to help ensure Commissioning & Start-Up success
Support On-going Operations – Support our clients after first production, providing on- going technical, operational, inspection and intervention support as required
Government/Regulatory Compliance – Work with our client and governmental personnel to secure HS&E, operational, environmental and other regulatory approvals
